I had a similar idea that I posted hana lasicova in another thread a few years ago. Not necessarily an adaptation hana lasicova of the books, but more of an original series. It's something I though a long time ago. It would have a fair amount of humor, and yes Firefly was a lot like what I had in mind. Two stage ideas I had was: He and Chewie work as crew of a cargo ship that tries to raise money to buy their own ship. They get into a card game with their friend Lando. Lando puts up his ship to meet his hand. He says: "The Falcon?" He and Chewie look at each other, Chewie provides disagree growl. Then he turns back and says "That piece of junk?" He takes the bet and win Falcon, and they have a little adventure to get the parts they need to fix her up. Another episode hana lasicova has them hired to take on passengers, and they come in all kinds of problems. At the end, agree Han and Chewie on a new rule, "From now on, it loads only, no passengers. They are nothing but trouble" I agree with Orange to reveal back stories, but it could be cool if it was done right. But I have no faith in the ability of someone to do it justice. It would be filled with suck
hana lasicova Characters lose their magic when you explain their background. They should not do it. Young Indiana Jones Chronicles ... Got to Character loses magic after the series? I ask because I could never bring myself to watch the show. So I do not know how it would affect my opinion of the movie character: l

Here's the problem. What one person thinks is a great idea else will think is not. You can not possibly make everyone happy. Good example hana lasicova is my aversion to both these ideas from Robn1. Not that they are bad ideas, hana lasicova it's just not how I see the signs of the time in their lives. When you leave it open all get to create their own back story based on different aspects of the character. character hana lasicova of Darth Vader is weakened by its predecessors, not because they are bad, but because it explains everything. hana lasicova
I always thought it was funny that people think Han Solo is such a badass. When in fact his character as presented in the first film, is completely hana lasicova destroyed by the 3rd. At the end he is just "Princess" whipped. So I say ... safe. Make this show. Maybe we can see why he deserved rep all given him the first film.
