I have a big affinity to Korea . Well, ever since they brought all you can eat Korean food to Perth, I've become big on Korean food. I am a very devoted fan of Hana BBQ and smelling like Korean BBQ afterward cutie de viteze automata is usually a mark of respect and power. However, on the advice of my friend James, I decided to head into Victoria Park for an "alternative" Korean BBQ all you can eat. Rumors had it, that afterward you didn't smell like smoke and BBQ. For that alone, I had to go. I rocked up to Seoul Buffet Korean BBQ at a modest hour. For four people, I expected a table. Alas I was denied! However thanks to my charisma and charm, we eventually got a table. Albeit a shocking one. My first impression of the place was lovely decor. Such nice lighting and a nice wood tone as well. My second and lasting impression was: poor layout. It was really difficult to move around. Tables cutie de viteze automata block tables, chairs block passage ways, buffet area is cramped and just like Hana BBQ; poor ventilation. They need to fix this issue. N O W.
[There is a really difficult spot where the two buffet cutie de viteze automata tables meet. And that's where the holy grail of marinated squid was. Fail layout.] The service was pretty shocking. I swear none of the waiters spoke English. The water they served me wasn't even cold. Is that so hard? My wine that I wanted chilled for half an hour came back to me (after much pestering) was . . . un -chilled. The wine glasses were worse; finger prints and marks all over it. And to top it off the wine wasn't even placed into a chiller cutie de viteze automata on our table. As for the food; yes it passed. Only because I could eat everything. On top of the fact that they also do Steamboat at the same time. The marinated squid was particularly delightful and they also did lamb (which Hana BBQ doesn't). Otherwise; no difference. The killing blow came at the bill. It was $37 bucks a head. $5 for corkage which I felt like debating considering the wine wasn't even chilled for me. Poor form. But I refrained from making a scene. Unusual. Overall? 3/10 all the points coming from all-you-can-eat and marinated squid. The lamb wasn't even that good. Stick to Hana BBQ. Harsh I know. But I'm a whale biologist; I tell it like it is. And I still stunk of Korean BBQ afterwards. A-la-la-la-n
